June 2023 - Bridge Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Jaime Gomez as Chief Executive Officer at Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver.

Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver (Habitat Metro Denver) is part of a global, nonprofit housing organization that seeks to put God's love into action by bringing people together to build homes, communities, and hope. Habitat Metro Denver builds, renovates, and sells homes in partnership with low- and moderate-income families. The organization helps families find strength, stability and self-reliance through affordable homeownership. Throughout its 42-year history, Habitat Metro Denver has served more than 2,500 households and is the 8th largest producer in the Habitat U.S. network.

Jaime Gomez joins Habitat Metro Denver from the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) where he most recently served as Deputy Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer and has spent nearly 25 years in the affordable housing industry. As CEO of Habitat Metro Denver, he will collaborate with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team and lead the organization in a new capital campaign and strategic direction in alignment with Habitat’s values and mission, strengthening its impact in the Metro Denver community.

Mr. Gomez holds a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Colorado. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Mercy Community Capital and sits on the Board of Directors of Housing Colorado. He previously served as a Board Member of Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver.
