Karina Delgado

March 2022 - Bridge Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Karina Delgado as VP Human Resources Americas at Edrington.

Edrington, the international ultra-premium spirits company, is headquartered in Scotland and employs over 3,500 people in its wholly owned and joint venture companies, with over 70% employed overseas.

Karina joins Edrington from Diageo, where she was most recently Capability Partner North America, strategically partnering with the North America EVP of HR, Executive Committee, and key business leaders to diagnose, define and deploy learning experiences to drive performance across the US, Canada, and USVI. She spent nearly a decade at Diageo in both New York and Bogota, Colombia.

Her earlier career was in HR leadership roles with consumer products organizations in Colombia and Venezuela. Karina earned a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.

In her new role, Karina will lead the people agenda across Edrington’s Americas region (US, Mexico, LATAM, and Canada), ensuring a close link between local/regional activity and the overall Edrington People strategy. Working closely with the Americas Leadership Team and global HR Leadership Team she will develop and drive a strong Edrington Americas culture that focusses on engaging, developing and retaining key talent. This role is central to building a strong foundation to our culture that supports policies and practices aimed at making positive change.
