Jane E. Dudzinski

Bridge Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Jane E. Dudzinski as Assistant General Counsel in the Office of General Counsel at Northwestern University.

Jane was most recently a Litigation Associate with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP where, among other things, she represented and counseled clients in complex civil litigation, white collar criminal matters, securities enforcement proceedings, government investigations and related litigation, and qui tam litigation. She also Serve as lead counsel to pro bono client seeking asylum and was an active participant in the firm’s Chicago Office Hiring Committee, Associate Mentoring Program, and Pro Bono Challenge. Prior to her legal practice, Jane was a member of the Communications office at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law, magna cum laude, where she earned her Juris Doctor and where she was an Articles Editor on the Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from St. Olaf College where she was elected Phi Beta Kappa. Jane joined the Office of General Counsel in July as a key advisor and counselor to the University, including the academic medical center. She is based in Evanston, Illinois.
