Arthur Woods is a social entrepreneur, talent and DEI  leader and advocate in the LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity communities with over 15 years of leadership experience in the space. He was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 and 40 Under 40 by BEQ. He is the author of the national best-selling book, Hiring for Diversity; he is a global keynote speaker, having delivered 3 TEDx talks; and has contributed to Harvard Business Review, FastCompany and Forbes. 

Arthur has worked with hundreds of leading employers to help them build equitable hiring practices and build more representative workforces. He previously co-founded Mathison, a venture-backed software company equipping employers with everything they need to manage their diversity hiring, analytics and training. He co-founded Out in Tech, the largest global LGBTQ technology community with over 50,000 professional members worldwide; Imperative, a leading peer-to-peer coaching SaaS company; and Social Impact 360, a collegiate social enterprise education program that incubated over 2,000 student-run ventures. Arthur came from Google where he led operations for YouTube’s Education division and oversaw YouTube for Schools.  Most recently, Arthur was a Partner at Plenty Search, an executive search firm for venture-backed startups with a strong track record on diversity. 

Arthur studied at Georgetown University, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and HBS online. He is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, was a GCT Entrepreneur in Residence, a New York Venture Fellow.
