• Eric Fullilove Appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Relief International

    Eric joins Relief International from Boys & Girls Club of Santa Monica, having previously served in senior leadership roles at World Vision International (WVI) for nearly a decade, including as Chief Financial Officer and VP Audit, Evaluation, and Risk Management.

    Prior WVI, Eric was VP Finance, Scholastic at Home for Scholastic Inc., and Global Chief Financial Officer of the $300 million (revenues) direct marketing division of Scholastic with operations in the US, UK, and Canada. Earlier positions include finance roles at Sullivan & Company, Young & Rubicam, Teach for America and CBS, Inc.

  • Christina Williams Appointed As Chief Financial Officer, Trust for University Innovation In Vietnam

    In her new role at TUIV (https://www.tuiv.org/), Christina will be responsible for the fiscal stewardship of TUIV’s resources and work closely with the senior management team, Board and the leadership of Fulbright University Vietnam (FUV) to maximize the effectiveness of TUIV’s philanthropic partnership with FUV.

    Prior to joining TUIV, Christina was Chief Financial Officer for the Sloan School of Business at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Other roles at MIT included Director of Development and Finance for MIT Media Lab and Assistant Director of Major Programs where she became involved in large international opportunities negotiating complex institute-wide international research, education, and infrastructure building contracts. Christina earned her B.S. Accounting degree and her MBA from Northeastern University, and where she teaches courses in the College of Business Administration. She began her career in the private sector with Coopers & Lybrand and Fidelity Investments.

  • Robert Butler Appointed as AVP Finance, Emerson College

    In his new role at Emerson College (https://www.emerson.edu), Robert will be a key member of the finance team, responsible for oversight of the budget and planning, treasury services, and controller functions. In addition to leading initiatives in several key areas, he will provide oversight and influence in the financial and business operations across the Emerson campuses in Boston, Los Angeles and The Netherlands.

    Before joining the Emerson team, Robert was with Grant Thornton as Tax Services practice leader of the Metro New York/New England market territory’s Not-for-Profit practice. Prior he spent more than 20 years working with higher education and not-for-profit institutions, most recently serving as controller of Brandeis University, overseeing the general accounting office, accounts payable, payroll, and sponsored programs accounting, working closely with the audit committee, financial systems and reporting, and all departments throughout the university. Earlier he led the KPMG exempt organization tax team, and worked with the Massachusetts attorney general’s office focusing on public oversight and proper governance of public charities and corporate entities.

She was responsible for launching offices in Europe and Africa and managing operations in 10+ markets. She has also held executive roles in the private sector, serving as Managing Director at Biblomodel-Allsteel, a multi-national furniture enterprise.

  • Sarah Slavin Appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Resource Area For Teaching

    Prior to joining RAFT, Sarah was the Regional Executive Director, External Relations – West for New Leaders and led ER and strategy for a complex portfolio of partners across the Bay Area, the State of California and the Western region. She was previously Director, Chicago and the Midwest Region for the New Teacher Center based in Chicago, IL.

    In her new role at RAFT (www.raft.net), Sarah will work to take the organization to the next level of impact by developing a strategic plan and refining the vision for RAFT that will grow impact and reach and, evolve a model for national impact helping educators to prepare students to meet 21st Centruy real world challenges.
