    The new VP of Human Resources will be responsible for leading the human resources function of the Bank and will ensure the Bank attracts, develops and retains superb talent. The successful candidate will plan, develop, implement, direct and evaluate the organization’s human resources function and be responsible for executing and aligning the Bank’s HR strategy and business plan with the strategic direction of the Bank.

    The Strategic Projects Director will have a unique job rotation opportunity that will hold key responsibilities leading projects and/or teams in 2-3 different areas of the business. These areas may include Analytics, Strategy, Loyalty, Technology, Finance, and Franchisee Operations and occur over a two to four-year period.The Directors in these roles are strategically rotated between three or more assignments at regular intervals to provide exposure to a variety of verticals within the organization.Based in Choice’s corporate office, located in Rockville, MD, a suburb of Washington, DC, the Director will help drive strategy and develop and implement related programs.     Bridge Partners is currently partnering with The Trust for University Innovation in Vietnam (TUIV) to recruit their new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The Trust for University Innovation in Vietnam (TUIV) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation based in Needham, Massachusetts. TUIV was incorporated in 2012 to serve as the organizational sponsor of Fulbright University Vietnam. Fulbright is a private, not-for-profit Vietnamese university inspired by the American liberal arts education tradition and dedicated to serving Vietnamese society through innovations in teaching, technology, and discovery. Fulbright grew out of a two-decades long initiative of Harvard University to incubate a center of public policy research and training. President Barack Obama announced Fulbright in May 2016.

    This is an outstanding opportunity for a strategic, well-rounded and collaborative finance executive to join a dedicated team who are undertaking transformational work to imagine a new approach to higher education from the ground up. The new CFO will be responsible for the fiscal stewardship of TUIV’s resources. As a member of the TUIV’s senior leadership team (SLT), the CFO will report directly to the Executive Director. This person will work closely with TUIV’s senior management team, the TUIV Board and its Audit Committee as well as the leadership of Fulbright University Vietnam to maximize the effectiveness of TUIV’s philanthropic partnership with Fulbright University Vietnam.

The Campaign Legal Center (“CLC”) works every day to protect and strengthen democracy across all levels of government. CLC is adamantly nonpartisan, holding candidates and government officials accountable regardless of political affiliation. Through litigation, policy analysis, and public education, CLC works as a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization to protect and strengthen the U.S. democratic process across all levels of government.

    CLC’s General Counsel provides advice and guidance regarding legal issues involving the organization’s work and operations. This includes advising on best ethics practices, legal compliance with applicable laws and advising on risk management. CLC’s General Counsel will also serve as a senior litigator in the Voting Rights & Redistricting programs which engage in litigation around the country, both to ensure the constitutional implementation of existing laws and to defend new reforms against legal challenges.
