THE HEADSTRONG PROJECT
Bridge Partners is currently partnering with The Headstrong Project to recruit their new Chief Advancement Officer. The Headstrong Project (Headstrong) was founded in 2012 by Zach Iscol, a combat-decorated Marine Corps Officer, and other committed colleagues, to provide world-class mental healthcare to Iraq and Afghanistan veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress and other hidden wounds. In partnership with Weill Cornell Medical College, one of the nation’s leading health care centers, and with the help and direction of top clinicians across the country, Headstrong has developed a comprehensive treatment program for post 9/11 Veterans dealing with PTSD, addiction, anxiety and depression, trauma, grief and loss, and anger management. The program is impactful and unique in its approach, guided by three principles: Headstrong is free of charge, free of bureaucracy, and free of stigma. Headstrong continues to experience explosive growth and highly impactful programmatic outcomes. The current budget is $4.4 million, the program is in 20 cities across the country and has assisted 600 veterans to date - helping them regain their mental fitness.
As a critical member of the executive team, the CAO will create a strategic development plan, raise funds from existing and future donors, and increase organizational and brand visibility. Vice President, Finance
THE CONSERVATION FUND
Bridge Partners is currently partnering with The Conservation Fund to recruit their new Vice President, Finance. The Conservation Fund (“TCF” or the “Fund”) is a nonprofit conservation organization dedicated to the dual mission of protecting America’s most important land, water, and natural resources while also supporting economic growth in communities. The VP Finance will be responsible for oversight of all finance, accounting and reporting activities. As the number-two finance executive to the CFO, the VP Finance will. Managing Director - Significant, High Impact Agriculture Fund
Bridge Partners is currently partnering with Acumen to recruit a Managing Director, Significant, High-Impact Agriculture Fund to manage a new agriculture fund targeted at $50M. The fund is focused on investing in, supporting and scaling inclusive agribusinesses that provide essential livelihood enhancement, diversification and protection solutions to smallholder farmers in Africa.
The Managing Director (MD) will lead the team in conversion of the fund objectives to investment strategy and eventually execute this to construct an investment portfolio which delivers the objectives. The MD will have the ability to make investments through a range of instruments like debt, equity, and quasi-equity investments in digital platforms, innovative financial services providers, and aggregator platforms. Raising the fund and managing investors who have made commitments to the fund will be an important deliverable for the position. In addition, the MD will also develop and manage partnerships with governments, not-for-profits and other players to provide essential services and support to smallholder farmers.Full Description
Campaign Legal Center
Bridge Partners Is currently partnering with Campaign Legal Center to recruit their new General Counsel. The Campaign Legal Center (“CLC”) works every day to protect and strengthen democracy across all levels of government. CLC is adamantly nonpartisan, holding candidates and government officials accountable regardless of political affiliation. Through litigation, policy analysis, and public education, CLC works as a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization to protect and strengthen the U.S. democratic process across all levels of government.
CLC’s General Counsel provides advice and guidance regarding legal issues involving the organization’s work and operations. This includes advising on best ethics practices, legal compliance with applicable laws and advising on risk management. CLC’s General Counsel will also serve as a senior litigator in the Voting Rights & Redistricting programs which engage in litigation around the country, both to ensure the constitutional implementation of existing laws and to defend new reforms against legal challenges.Full Description
