    Tory Clarke

    Tory supports senior global search assignments for private sector, public sector and international non-profit/social venture clients, across all functions.

    She has been in executive search for nearly 20 years and has recruited diverse executives, including CEO/Presidents and their leadership teams, at both head office and regional locations around the globe.

    Before forming Bridge Partners in 2003, Tory was a consultant in Whitehead Mann’s US Retail and Diversity practices, having joined the New York based team in 2000. Prior to her move to the US, she spent several years with Whitehead Mann’s European Consumer practice, headquartered in London.

    Earlier in her career, Tory was with STCP, a boutique London-based search firm, working across a variety of sectors including consumer, pharmaceutical and industrial.

    Tory served on the Board of Directors for Streetwise Partners, Inc., a non-profit organization that develops workplace skills for low income individuals, for 8 years. She also served as President of the Executive Search Roundtable, a non-profit organization representing the search industry, for 6 years. She received an MA degree from the University of Edinburgh.

    Larry Griffin

    Larry partners with clients on leadership assignments within the private, federal/public and nonprofit sectors.  

    He has been in executive search for nearly 30 years and has recruited diverse leaders across multiple functions from CEO/Executive Directors/Presidents, to functional heads including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and their teams.

    Before forming Bridge Partners in 2003, Larry was co-head of Whitehead Mann’s Diversity practice and a consultant in the Consumer team. Earlier in his career, he spent several years with Korn/Ferry International's worldwide Consumer practice; and previously worked as a consultant with Richard Clarke Associates, where he conducted diversity assignments in the information services, consumer goods and non-profit sectors.

    Larry has participated as a panelist and speaker at many conferences related to diversity, recruiting and mentorship. He holds a BA from the University of Colorado.

    Janet Albert

    Janet leads our US nonprofit practice and works on senior-level search assignments for foundation, government and nonprofit organizations, across all functions, including Executive Directors/CEO’s and their leadership teams.

    Clients range from private, community and family foundations, to economic development organizations, to both large national and local nonprofits.  Reflecting our corporate diversity mission and focus, many of these nonprofit clients serve disadvantaged populations or disinvested communities.

    She has been in executive search for over 20 years.  Before joining Bridge Partners in 2010, Janet was a Senior Director in the executive search practice of The Bridgespan Group, a nonprofit consulting firm that helps nonprofit leaders to develop strategies and build organizations that inspire and accelerate social change.Earlier in her career, Janet worked in Leeds, UK and Boston with her Bridge Partners colleagues, while at Whitehead Mann. She started her career in executive search working for a privately held firm in the UK, where she spent seven years as a generalist recruiter.Janet graduated from Ithaca College with a BA in Anthropology and received a MA in International Relations from The University of Sheffield. She formerly served as a volunteer mentor for Year Up, and currently volunteers locally in her community.

    Debbie Tang

    Debbie leads global executive searches in both the private and public sector, from Fortune 100 companies to universities and government agencies. She recruits diverse senior executives across all functions, including General Counsels, Chief Legal Officers and regulatory leaders, in a wide variety of industries. Debbie is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and often partners with U.S. clients on overseas hiring needs.

    Before joining Bridge Partners, Debbie spent over 6 years as a Managing Director in Major, Lindsey & Africa's in-house practice group. Prior to her career in executive search, she gained corporate experience as in-house counsel for Marriott International and also served as General Counsel of an international restaurant chain. She began her career as an attorney at Troutman Sanders and Reed Smith.  

    Debbie is actively involved in the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association of the District of Columbia. She received a BA degree from McGill University and a JD from Washington & Lee School of Law, where she served on the Editorial Board of The Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice.

    Ashley Farrell

    Ashley supports the firm’s Partners on search assignments across various industries and functions by identifying candidates and driving the research process. She is responsible for database management as well as search design and strategy implementation. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, Ashley worked as a Talent Management Coordinator for a small consulting firm. Earlier in her career, Ashley spent several years as an Office Manager at a medium sized investment management firm.

    Ashley graduated from Vassar College with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Africana Studies. She previously served as a board member of the INROADS Alumni Association of NYC and a Class Agent for Vassar College. Currently, she is a Citymeals on Wheels volunteer.

    Tracy Lima

    Tracy joined Bridge Partners’ New York office in 2014. A natural at ensuring the team has what it needs to be happy and successful, amongst many other things she is responsible for project management of our current searches, candidate relationship management, and coordinating each of Bridge Partners’ 3 offices. Coming from a healthcare background, Tracy is the line that connects the dots to ensure our team's success and continuous growth.

    Tracy is currently pursuing a B.S in Sociology with a concentration in Women’s Studies, a personal passion of hers, from Kean University. She is also active in many organizations in her community, including Jersey Cares, Running Start, Girls Inc. and NOW-NYC.
