Charity Hughes

December 2022 - Bridge Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Charity Hughes as Senior Vice President, Talent Management of Sellers Dorsey, effective January 2023.

Sellers Dorsey is a rapidly growing private equity backed national healthcare consulting firm dedicated to finding and implementing solutions to the challenges of the financing and delivery of public healthcare for underserved and economically disadvantaged populations. The firm’s services include securing additional federal resources for states and providers to improve the healthcare of the Medicaid population, strategic business development consulting services to Medicaid managed care plans, other vendors, and investors seeking to understand and expand their footprint in state Medicaid programs. 

Ms. Hughes previously served as Chief Talent Officer at Mastery Charter Schools. As Senior Vice President of Talent Management at Sellers Dorsey, Charity will lead the company’s efforts to recruit, develop, and retain the extraordinary people needed to accomplish the organization’s mission and vision. She will develop and execute the human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, learning and development and compensation.

Ms. Hughes holds a Bachelor of Arts from Pennsylvania State University. She also earned a Master of Science in Training and Organizational Development from Saint Joseph’s University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Organization & Management with a Human Resources Specialization from Capella University. She is a former President of the Philadelphia Chapter of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
