Sandy Paik

January 2022 - Bridge Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Sandy Paik as Deputy General Counsel at Foulger-Pratt.

Established in 1963, Foulger-Pratt is a real estate investment and development firm distinguished by its long-term focus and extensive experience executing successful mixed-use, transit-oriented projects. The firm’s disciplined culture and vertically integrated platform have enabled it to develop more than 15 million square feet of commercial office, multi-family residential and retail projects.

As Deputy General Counsel, Sandy will focus on acquisitions, structuring and closing equity and debt real estate transactions, partnerships, joint ventures, property dispositions, construction agreements, litigation, and governance.

Sandy brings nearly 20 years of experience in structuring and executing complex transactions for various asset classes, risk management, litigation management, corporate governance, and community development, as well as expertise in Sustainability, Climate/Green Finance, Structured Finance, Affordable Housing, Multifamily and Mixed-Use Development.

Most recently, Sandy served as General Counsel of DC Green Bank.  Prior to DC Green Bank, Sandy served as Associate General Counsel at Freddie Mac.
