As I think about my two years at Bridge Partners, a quote that comes to mind: “ We cannot become what we want by remaining what we are.” This quote reflects the work we do, especially within the DEI space as we continually push to expand the idea of everyone having a seat at the table.
Cindy joined Bridge Partners in 2021 to support Partners in our New York, Boston and Washington D.C. offices. Amongst many other things, she is responsible for ensuring searches run smoothly and seamlessly for the Partners she supports.
Before joining our team, Cindy was in the early childhood education field for seven years. She worked in an international school in New Jersey, focusing on language immersion for young children, and as the school’s Director Assistant. With a passion for international education, language with early childhood education, and arts and culture, Cindy makes a great addition to our team. She is active in many organizations in her community, including the Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) & the National Head Start Association (NHSA). She also volunteers locally in her community.”
