November 2024 - Bridge Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Jerry Kavesh as Chief Operating Officer at Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle.

The Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle (Federation) leads a strong Jewish Puget Sound by serving as a community voice, strengthening connections to Israel and World Jewry, and making investments in Jewish life, for today and the next generation.

The Federation was founded in 1928 to serve the Jewish community, locally and around the world. Thanks to the support of thousands of supporters and volunteers over the years, the Federation has been at the forefront of meeting the community’s wide-ranging needs—rescuing and resettling Holocaust survivors in the 1940s, helping Ethiopian and Russian immigrants in the 1980s and 1990s, and investing in the growth of Jewish organizations that today provide a broad range of human services, educational programs, and cultural opportunities. More recently, the Federation, in 2022, worked collaboratively with other Jewish organizations on the Seattle Jewish Community Ukraine Challenge and led the way in 2023 on an Israel Emergency Campaign.

Mr. Kavesh joins the Federation from 3P Marketplace Solutions (3P), a third-party marketplace retail company where he was Founder and CEO. Prior to 3P, he was VP of Operations and a member of the executive leadership team at Blue Wheel, a new breed of omni-channel agency, supporting brands through marketplace management and performance advertising. At Blue Wheel, he was instrumental in post-merger operations with Retail Boom. Jerry has held key senior management and advisor roles in several start-ups, non-profit community organizations and business trade groups.

Mr. Kavesh holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Michael G. Foster School of Business at University of Washington.
