Ms. Dhillon most recently served as Vice President, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity of Vontier Corporation. She previously spent time at Fortive Corporation and several years at Microsoft. As Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion of Seagen, Shinder will define, lead, and execute the company’s DEI strategy, ensuring Seagen offers a powerful, inclusive experience for all its employees and delivers the diverse talent and capabilities needed to achieve their business strategy.
Ms. Dhillon holds a Bachelor of Science from Brunel University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development in the UK.
