July 2025 - Bridge Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeremy Haldeman as Executive Director & President of The Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) and the HNBA VIA Fund.

HNBA is dedicated to representing the interests of over 78,000 Hispanic legal professionals and law students across the United States and its territories. Since its founding in 1972, HNBA has fostered positive change within the legal profession by creating opportunities for Hispanic lawyers and supporting generations of legal professionals to succeed.

In his new role as Executive Director & President, Jeremy will lead the association's strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with the National President and the Board to advance HNBA's mission of supporting the Hispanic legal community and enhancing its nationwide impact.

Jeremy brings over 25 years of experience in law, public service, and nonprofit leadership, including senior roles in the U.S. Congress, the executive branch, and nonprofit organizations serving immigrant and refugee communities. Most recently, he served as Deputy Executive Director at the Community Sponsorship Hub, where he managed programs totaling over $20 million to support newcomers in the U.S. He is also a board member of Ayuda, a legal services nonprofit aiding immigrants in the Washington, D.C. area.

Expressing his enthusiasm for the new role, Jeremy stated, "I'm honored to step into a position that aligns with my career vision—encompassing law, policy, and advocacy, and reinforcing my dedication to a mission and community I deeply value. I look forward to advancing HNBA’s mission: strengthening the Hispanic legal community, expanding our impact, and preparing the profession for future generations."

Jeremy holds a Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an International Business Minor from Miami University (OH).
