Jessica joined the Bridge Partners research team in 2025. She has 7 years of experience in executive search and talent strategy. She has previously worked with clients including startups, venture capital firms, private equity firms and large technology companies. She spent the last 4 years at Management Leadership for Tomorrow, an organization focused on opportunity and economic mobility, where she supported a variety of clients in connecting underserved talent to high impact opportunities at VC backed startups. Jessica was also responsible for engaging with clients to build inclusive hiring pipelines. Prior to this, she was part of the research teams at True Search and Egon Zehnder, where she led research for board and executive level searches.
Jessica earned her Master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and Bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech.
