This week, Bridge Partners became a Certified B Corporation.
From the beginning, we built our business on the belief that executive search can be a lever for systemic change. The leaders we place shape organizations and organizations shape the world. But belief alone isn’t enough. By becoming a B Corp we have committed to something more rigorous:
• To prioritize stakeholders, not just shareholders
• To measure and report our impact
• To submit ourselves to external accountability, every three years
The future of leadership – and the firms that support it – will be defined not by intention, but by accountability and action. We’re proud of this step and are more focused than ever on the work ahead.
