Toya brings two decades of experience across retained and contingent search, corporate talent acquisition, and staffing. She has recruited leaders at all levels, including CEOs and C-suite executives, across a wide range of industries. Toya is a trusted advisor who builds long-term relationships with candidates and is committed to ensuring every search is diverse and inclusive.
Before joining Bridge Partners, Toya was a Managing Director at a Philadelphia-based retained search firm focused on senior-level accounting and finance roles. She also partnered with nonprofit organizations on CEO, HR, and IT searches. Earlier in her career, she held recruiting and internal talent roles with Contemporary Staffing Solutions and AC Lordi/BDO, where she led recruitment for Risk Management/Internal Audit and Accounting Services.
Toya is a graduate of Arcadia University and is a past member of its Board of Trustees. She currently serves on the boards of The Mann Center for the Performing Arts, The Wardrobe, and the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia, and she is a member of The Forum of Executive Women.
