June 2022 - Bridge Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Duc Dang as a Senior Counsel at AvalonBay Communities, Inc.

AvalonBay (NYSE: AVB) is an equity REIT in the business of developing, redeveloping, acquiring, and managing multifamilycommunities primarily in New England, the New York/New Jersey metro area, the Mid-Atlantic, the Pacific Northwest, andNorthern and Southern California. The Company focuses on leading metropolitan areas in these regions that it believes arecharacterized by growing employment in high wage sectors of the economy, lower housing affordability and a diverse and vibrantquality of life.

As Senior Counsel at AVB, Duc will provide counsel on securities and corporate law matters.  Duc was most recently a Senior Counsel with PRA Group, Inc. Previously he was Senior Special Counsel for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

Duc holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Louisiana State University. She earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law.
