August 2023 - Bridge Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Kayleigh Marshall as Director of Finance & Operations at Her Justice. 

Founded in 1993, Her Justice is a Charity Navigator Four Star nonprofit organization that stands with women living in poverty in New York City by recruiting and mentoring volunteer lawyers to provide free legal help to address individual and systemic legal barriers. Through its pro bono first model, Her Justice pairs thousands of well-trained and resourced, pro bono attorneys with women who have legal needs in the areas of family, matrimonial and immigration law, with a focus on breaking down systemic barriers that are built into our civil justice system, barriers that reinforce and exacerbate gender, racial and economic imbalances. Kayleigh Marshall joins Her Justice from Rebuilding Together NYC where she spent the past 7 years in various roles, most recently serving as Senior Director of Finance & Operations. As Director of Finance & Operations at Her Justice, she will lead financial management and internal operations, aligning core functions of the organizations towards staff support and strategic growth. Ms. Marshall holds a Bachelor of Arts from American University and earned her Master of Public Affairs from the University of San Francisco. She recently served as a Board member of ASL Slam.
