September 2023 - Bridge Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of two senior leaders at Community Sponsorship Hub: Annie Nolte-Henning as Executive Director and Jeremy Haldeman as Deputy Executive Director. 

The Community Sponsorship Hub (CSH) is a dynamic organization dedicated to growing the role of communities in the protection, resettlement, and integration of refugees and other forcibly displaced people. Mobilizing civil society, and the public, private, and philanthropic sectors, and empowering them with resources and access, we shape and coordinate a community sponsorship system that leverages the power of welcoming Americans. CSH operates in the U.S. (New York, Washington, D.C., and remote) as a project that is fiscally sponsored by Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors. CSH is committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. 

Annie Nolte-Henning as Executive Director at Community Sponsorship Hub. 

Ms. Nolte-Henning served as Director of the Americas of Alight, formerly American Refugee Committee prior to joining Community Sponsorship Hub. She brings a wealth of experience having launched and operationalized refugee programs across the globe and led teams across the Americas over the past decade. As of March 2023, Ms. Nolte -Henning joined the CSH team as Interim Executive Director shaping strategy, program, and partnerships. Annie will continue to lead the expansion of community sponsorship across the country as Executive Director.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a Master of Public Administration from Minnesota State University.

Jeremy Haldeman as Deputy Executive Director at Community Sponsorship Hub.

Mr. Haldeman joins CSH from Alight where he most recently served as Global Partnerships and Government Affairs Director. He brings over 20 years of experience in policy, advocacy, and community building, having spent the entirety of his career in public service at the intersection of domestic and international affairs. As Deputy Executive Director, Jeremy will lead all community sponsorship programs and oversee a newly created department focused on Program Practice and Research. 

Mr. Haldeman holds a Bachelor of Science from Miami University and a Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law.
