September 2023 - Bridge Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Chiseche Mibenge, PhD as Director of International Research at Guttmacher Institute. 

Founded in 1968, the Guttmacher Institute is a global leader in advancing sexual and reproductive health and rights. Through a unique and interrelated program of high-quality research, evidence-based advocacy and strategic communications, the Institute works to generate new ideas, encourage enlightened public debate, and promote sound policy and program development. Its overarching goal is to ensure the highest standard of sexual and reproductive health and rights for all people worldwide. 

Dr. Chiseche Mibenge joins Guttmacher Institute from Episcopal Relief and Development where she most recently served as Director of Gender Initiatives. As Director of International Research at Guttmacher Institute, she will oversee the portfolio of research programs and initiatives focused on international issues. She will also work in close collaboration with the Director of Domestic Research and represent the investigative team with organizational management. 

Dr. Mibenge holds a Bachelor of Laws from University of Zambia. She earned her Master of Laws and PhD in International Human Rights Law from Utrecht University. Dr. Mibenge is also an Adjunct Lecturer at Stanford University in New York.
