Ms. Mehta brings over 15 years of experience in retained executive search with an extensive track record of recruiting executives for leading institutions nationally. Partnering with nonprofit organizations and for-profit clients across industry sectors, clients value her expertise and consultative approach, as well her commitment to identifying exceptional candidates from a broad and diverse range of backgrounds.
Most recently, Neeta was a Managing Associate with a leading executive search firm serving mission driven organizations. Previously, she was with a boutique retained search firm focused largely on the healthcare, higher education, and nonprofit sectors. There, she successfully partnered with a wide array of clients on academic and administrative searches to include department heads, deans, and chairs, as well as leaders in numerous functional areas, including finance, information technology, human resources, real estate, facilities management, procurement, and internal audit. Her early career spanned nearly a decade in the financial services industry.
Neeta holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University and an MBA from Columbia University, as well as the CFA designation. She currently serves on the Board of Living Beyond Breast Cancer, a national nonprofit organization that provides trusted information and a community of support to those newly diagnosed, in treatment, post-treatment and living with metastatic disease.
