Why Are We Still in Business?? An Executive Search Firm Focused on Diversity-Equity-Inclusion

We founded Bridge Partners in 2003 to help our clients recruit senior women and leaders of color.

After working together at major global search firms building diversity practices – with some success but not enough – we left to try to do it better ourselves, as a minority-owned firm.

Our plan: Build a solid business for 10 years and then move on because, of course, Corporate America would be naturally inclusive by then. There would be no need for “diversity recruiting”. How naïve.

17 years later our business has not ceased to be, it has grown—today we have 5 offices across the US. We added 2 Partners in the past 12 months (both extraordinary leaders of color) and we’re still growing.

We are proud of these facts but there’s something wrong with the picture. We shouldn’t still be in business. The world was not supposed to be this way.

As Corporate America struggles with how to put words into action around both Black representation at senior levels and building more inclusive cultures, we want to shout from the rooftops that IT IS POSSIBLE

For years, we’ve led inclusive searches and presented talented, diverse shortlists to clients. In 2019, 69% of our placements were leaders of color; 74% were women

Let us help you move your words to action.
