December 2025 – Bridge Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Mayaki as Chief Finance & Administrative Officer (CFAO) at HIAS. 

Adam will provide strategic direction and oversight across HIAS’ global finance, IT, internal audit, risk management, and facilities management. He will work closely with senior leadership and boards to ensure fiscal sustainability, compliance, and operational excellence—supporting HIAS’s mission to provide vital services to refugees and advocate for their rights. 

Most recently, Adam has held leadership roles at The One Campaign, HarvestPlus and the World Cocoa Foundation guiding multi-million-dollar budgets, streamlining operations, and enhancing internal controls. With over 20 years of senior leadership experience in international nonprofits, Adam’s expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency positions him well to strengthen HIAS’s financial systems and strategic initiatives.

We are excited to see how Adam’s vision will be instrumental in furthering HIAS’s mission and enhancing its capacity to serve displaced communities worldwide.

He holds an MBA in Finance from Keller Graduate School of Devry University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Maryland’s R. H.. Smith School of Business.
