Bridge Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Lanouette as Chief Financial Officer of the Food Bank of South Jersey.
Brian joins the Food Bank at a critical moment, bringing deep financial leadership experience to advance its mission of combating food insecurity and strengthening communities across South Jersey—reflecting his strong commitment to mission-driven impact and operational excellence.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in finance leadership, strategic advisory, and organizational transformation across nonprofit, healthcare, and private sector environments. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at StartCare, where he oversaw all financial operations and led a significant financial turnaround—improving transparency, strengthening board reporting, and guiding the organization from a multi-million-dollar deficit to a budget surplus.
Prior to that, Brian was Director in Management Advisory Services at BDO USA, where he provided CFO-level advisory services across a range of industries and served in multiple interim executive finance roles. His earlier experience includes senior leadership positions at Marketing G2/Newscycle Solutions, Gap International, and LECG, where he led financial planning, M&A readiness, and operational improvements.
Brian holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College. He is widely recognized for his ability to align financial strategy with organizational mission, build collaborative cultures, and deliver measurable, sustainable results—positioning him well to support the continued growth and impact of the Food Bank of South Jersey.
