December 2024 - Bridge Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Heather Finnegan as Executive Director at SARAH RALSTON FOUNDATION
The Sarah Ralston Foundation supports and enhances the quality of life of vulnerable and underserved older adults residing in Philadelphia County. Born from the Ralston Center, an organization with a long history of direct service to older adults, The Sarah Ralston Foundation seeks to continue its impact by using its resources to give grants and to serve as a community partner to organizations serving older adults in Philadelphia.
Most recently, Heather was with The Community’s Foundation (TCF), where she served as President and CEO. Under her leadership, TCF underwent significant transformation, including rebranding, mission realignment, and geographic expansion. TCF’s priority funding areas are health & education. Within those funding priorities, TCF places a special emphasis on supporting the senior services sector, because of its legacy as the former operator of Taylor Hospital & Taylor Hospice.
Heather holds a Master of Arts in Anthropological Sciences from SUNY Stony Brook, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Anthropology from Juniata College.
