Bridge Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Lauren Fujioka as General Corporate Counsel at Sellers Dorsey in Philadelphia, PA.

Lauren was most recently Assistant General Counsel (VP, Contracts) & Corporate Compliance Officer at MAXIMUS, Inc. (NYSE: MMS) where, among other things, she oversaw the global compliance program and managed a contracts team for a company with over $3 billion in annual revenue. She began her legal career at the Maryland Legal Aid Bureau followed by private practice with the BMW Law Group in Bethesda, Md. 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts, with specialized honors, from York University and a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law. Lauren joined Sellers Dorsey in June as a key senior advisor and business counselor to the Firm’s CEO and executive leadership team. She also serves as the Firm’s corporate secretary and ethics officer. She is based in northern Virginia.
