December 2022 - Bridge Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicole Williams as Chief Executive Officer at the Community Food Bank of Central Alabama.
The Community Food Bank of Central Alabama (the Food Bank) supplies millions of meals per year to over 230 food pantries, shelters, and children’s programs in 12 counties across Central Alabama. The Food Bank’s mission is to feed people in need today and foster collaborative solutions to end hunger tomorrow.
Nicole Williams was recruited to the Community Food Bank of Central Alabama in November 2020 as the Community Food Bank's first Director of Development. She brought a wealth of experience in the nonprofit sector from her past roles at community organizations like the Alabama Symphony Orchestra, Sight Savers America, Kid One Transport, and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Most recently, Nicole served as Interim Executive Director since appointment in late February 2022 and has experience managing federal, local, and privately funded projects to lead the Community Food Bank in its current growth and expansion.
