Paul Hodgdon joins Northpond Ventures from KaVo Kerr, where he served as General Counsel. Previously, he was M&A Counsel at Danaher Corporation. Paul is an experienced leader who brings to the role deep expertise in corporate transactions and risk management. Paul received his B.A. from Harvard University, an M.S. from the London School of Economics, and earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School. As General Counsel, Paul will provide legal advice and business counsel for all matters including: investment transaction support, managing the organization’s legal and regulatory affairs, and leading compliance efforts.
