March 2026 - Bridge Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Rachel Iseman as Chief Finance and Operations Officer at Hot Bread Kitchen

She will join the organization’s executive team as Hot Bread Kitchen continues to expand its impact and create economic opportunity for women and immigrants in the culinary industry.

Iseman brings more than 16 years of experience across the nonprofit and private sectors. Most recently, she served as Head of Finance and Operations at Fondation CHANEL, where she helped scale the foundation’s giving portfolio from $1.5M to more than $100M annually and expand its network of grantee partners from 10 to over 150 organizations each year. Hot Bread Kitchen has been proud to be among the foundation’s longtime grantees, reflecting her longstanding connection to the organization’s mission.

Earlier in her career, she held corporate strategy and finance roles at Ralph Lauren and began her career as an investment banking analyst at UBS.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from Boston College.
