Exceptional leadership is the catalyst for organizational transformation, sustained impact, and changed lives. When the right leader is in the right role, organizations and communities thrive. Partnering with clients to identify executives who elevate culture and advance mission—and guiding leaders through pivotal career transitions—is the work that inspires and fulfills me.
Amy brings more than 15 years of experience leading executive searches for mission-driven organizations across the nonprofit and values-aligned for-profit sectors.
