Arthur Woods

Chief Business Officer
Miami

I’ve spent my career building systems, communities, and companies—and I’ve learned that none of it works without the right people at the helm. Supporting clients in finding leaders who can guide their next chapter is what makes this work so meaningful to me.

Arthur brings more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of leadership, talent strategy, and mission-driven innovation. He is a social entrepreneur and longtime advocate in the LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity communities, recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30 and BEQ 40 Under 40. A national bestselling author and global keynote speaker, Arthur has delivered three TEDx talks and contributed to Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, and Forbes.

Arthur has advised hundreds of organizations on strengthening their talent practices and building high-performing leadership teams. Before joining Bridge Partners, he co-founded Mathison, a venture-backed talent analytics and training platform; Out in Tech, the world’s largest LGBTQ+ technology community; Imperative, a peer-to-peer coaching technology company; and Social Impact 360, a national social enterprise education program. Earlier in his career, he led operations for YouTube’s Education division at Google.
