Janet leads our U.S. nonprofit practice and oversees senior-level search engagements for foundations and nonprofit organizations across all functions, including Executive Directors/CEOs and their leadership teams. Her clients span private, community, and family foundations; housing and food security organizations; economic development entities; and national and local nonprofits serving disadvantaged and disinvested communities.
Janet came to Bridge Partners in 2010, with over 20 years of executive search experience. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, Janet was a Senior Director in the executive search practice at The Bridgespan Group. Earlier in her career, she worked in the U.K. and Boston at Whitehead Mann, and spent seven years as a generalist recruiter with a privately held U.K. firm.
Janet holds a BA in Anthropology from Ithaca College and an MA in International Relations from The University of Sheffield. She previously served as a mentor with Year Up and continues to volunteer in her local community.
