Jorge is a consultant in our Washington, D.C. office and brings over 20 years of experience conducting C-suite and senior-level searches across multiple functions, including diversity and inclusion, operations, IT, human resources, finance, sales, and marketing. His cross-sector expertise spans technology, manufacturing, financial services, consumer products, aerospace, aviation and defense, and federal/not-for-profit organizations. He also brings international search experience in Latin America and Europe.
Prior to joining Bridge Partners, Jorge worked with DHR Global, Korn Ferry, and Heidrick & Struggles. Earlier, he helped build the executive recruiting function at Countrywide Financial Corporation (now Bank of America) and he began his career with Ray & Berndtson.
Born and raised in Bolivia, Jorge holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and is fluent in Spanish.
