Larry is a Co-Founder of Bridge Partners and brings nearly 30 years of executive search experience spanning the private, public/federal, and nonprofit sectors. He has led senior-level assignments across multiple functions, recruiting CEOs, Executive Directors, and Presidents, as well as key leaders in finance, marketing, technology, strategy, and operations.
Before forming Bridge Partners in 2003, Larry was Co-Head of Whitehead Mann’s Diversity Practice and a consultant within the firm’s Consumer practice. Earlier in his career, he spent several years with Korn Ferry International in its global Consumer practice and began his search career with Richard Clarke Associates, supporting leadership searches across information services, consumer goods, and the nonprofit sector.
Larry has served as a speaker and panelist at conferences focused on leadership, recruiting, and mentorship. He holds a BA from the University of Colorado.
