Neeta brings more than 15 years of retained executive search experience. She has a strong track record of recruiting leaders for nonprofit organizations and for-profit enterprises nationally. Clients value her consultative approach, deep market insight, and commitment to identifying exceptional candidates from a broad and diverse slate.
Prior to joining Bridge Partners, Neeta served as a Managing Associate with Isaacson, Miller supporting mission-driven organizations. Previously, she spent several years with a boutique retained search firm specializing in higher education, healthcare, and nonprofit leadership, partnering on academic and administrative searches and functional leadership roles across finance, IT, HR, real estate, facilities, procurement, and internal audit. Her early career included nearly a decade in the financial services sector.
Neeta holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University, an MBA from Columbia University, and is a CFA charter holder. She serves on the Board of Living Beyond Breast Cancer, a national organization providing information and community support to individuals newly diagnosed, in treatment, post-treatment, or living with metastatic disease.
