After more than two decades at Bridge Partners, what continues to inspire me is witnessing the positive impact the right leader can have – on the teams they guide, on an organization’s culture and direction, and on the broader community they serve. That impact is what keeps me committed to the work, and deeply curious about the executives I am fortunate to meet along the way.
Tory is a Co-Founder of Bridge Partners. She leads senior global search assignments across the private, public, arts and global social impact sectors. With more than 25 years of experience in executive search, she has recruited hundreds of executives—including CEOs/Presidents and their leadership teams—across multiple regions and industries worldwide.
Before forming Bridge Partners in 2003, Tory was a consultant in Whitehead Mann’s U.S. Retail and Diversity practices, having joined the New York team in 2000. Earlier, she spent several years in London with the firm’s European Consumer practice.
Tory serves on the Advisory Board of Shortlist, a talent platform connecting skilled professionals to private sector and social impact careers across Africa. She is the former President of the Executive Search Roundtable, where she served for six years. She holds an MA from the University of Edinburgh.
