Bridge Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Florencia Stanfield as Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer to Vitesco Technologies,  a leading international developer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art powertrain technologies for sustainable mobility. With smart system solutions and components for electric, hybrid and internal combustion vehicles, Vitesco Technologies makes mobility clean, efficient and affordable. The product range includes electric drives, electronic control units, sensors and actuators, and exhaust-gas aftertreatment solutions.

Florencia was most recently Global Director, Diversity & Inclusion at Catelent Pharma Solutions where she provided advice to leadership and worked closely with function heads to embed diversity & inclusion into all areas of the organization. Prior roles include HR Director for South America and for global headquarters operations at The Dow Chemical Corporation, HR Director Latin America with NalcoChampion (an Ecolab company), and Regional HR Managaer with General Electric, Water and Process Technologies. She graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Montevideo in Uruguay and earned her Master of Business Administration degree from IAE Business School at the Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Florencia joined the company in July to lead and drive Vitesco’s internal and external strategy for diversity, equity and inclusion on a global basis. She will partner closely with leadership at local and enterprise levels to inform, align, and execute DEI work throughout all of the company’s functions and regions. She is based in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
