Last week, Bridge Partners’ Martens Roc and Janet Albert attended Independent Sector‘s National Summit in Phoenix. They connected with leaders from across the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors who are thinking deeply about how to better support the people and leaders doing this important work.
Martens and Janet also co-presented during the Thriving Workforce Strategy Lab, sharing insights on creating the conditions for a multigenerational workforce to thrive. One key takeaway: rather than relying on generational assumptions, organizations gain real value from understanding what their people are actually experiencing, what they value, and what they need to thrive.
