December 2022 - Bridge Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Shinder Dhillon as Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion of Seagen, effective January 2023.

Seagen (NASDAQ: SGEN) is a global biotechnology company that develops and commercializes transformative cancer therapies. Driven by a singular mission—to make a difference for people impacted by cancer, Seagen is an industry leader in antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) technology. Ms. Dhillon most recently served as Vice President, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity of Vontier Corporation. She previously spent time at Fortive Corporation and several years at Microsoft. As Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion of Seagen, Shinder will define, lead, and execute the company’s DEI strategy, ensuring Seagen offers a powerful, inclusive experience for all its employees and delivers the diverse talent and capabilities needed to achieve their business strategy. 

Ms. Dhillon holds a Bachelor of Science from Brunel University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development in the UK.
